Stayed in the superior family room with two floors: living room, toilet and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor; an open space with two bedrooms and a toiled upstairs. Nice spa area - swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi - that need to be booked before use limiting to up to seven people to avoid to overcrowd it. Free private parking on site, pet friendly and local restaurant on site that open Friday and Saturday for dinner and Sunday for lunch - better to book in advance. Great view from the Swiss Alps.

A very nice property. The apartment was very clean. You have to reserve a spot to access the pool. Breakfast was just okay. We enjoyed our time and it was very quiet.

Amazing place for families, beautifully located between Como and mountains in the middle of fields. Outstanding views from all sides and safe space for kids away from any roads and town. Delicious and rich breakfasts in the garden restaurant, gourmet dinners during weekends. Nice indoor pool with saunas, tennis court and great starting point for cycling in the region with kids. Large apartments are comfortable and well equipped, but they all miss a dishwasher for full convenience. Do not recommend rooms 3 and 4 as hot water pipes go under them and they are constantly heated even when there is 35 degrees outside ( we got to 28 degrees at night when there was 22 in the evening after cooling with AC). Beside that would definitely come back and recommend to anyone looking for peaceful holidays in the nature.

We liked our stay here, the place is a bit remote and really peaceful and quiet. It is surrounded by mountains and the views are superb. The territory is nice and green, ambience at night is lovely as there’s plenty of spot lights. People working at the hotel are very nice and helpful, we resolved all of our questions really fast. Breakfasts are nice, though tend to be pretty much the same every day. Little bit of variety would be appreciated.

Amazing place, family friendly, located in the middle of the fields and Como lake. Owners were very friendly and helpful, we got in common with them :) Pool was clean, nice and the same about rooms

Location in a large pleasant green area (farm/park) almost on the shore of lake Como but without a view of the lake. Access is through a narrow driveway from the main road – easy to miss. Open space parking. The grounds have good places …

I loved this place for dinner, super cosy and great service. Good quality organic food. It also seems to be a nice hotel, but it was booked out every time I was coming to the area.
